Area objector

Hello!
You are interested what exactly do this script. I'll tell you.
This script (as the name suggests) allows to create/edit/delete objects in area.
What area? Administrator first do this area and player can buy them.
Example;

- Administator created area and set it to buyable (we don't need to sell this area. Admin can just set owner of this one)
- Player can buy this. Then he would be able to create/edit and deleting objects inside area which he's owner.
Also owner can set some users of his area. They will can do create/edit and deleting objects too!.
I think it's can be very useful at most serwers RP/Truck also DM too :P

Rules?
# Area zone (yellow square on the map) is visible only when area have no owner and only if you are owner or user.
# Edges of areas can be mark as white arrows (on screen). Admin and owner can disable them. It's just useful while creating/editing objects.
# Owner can set some users which be able to use his areas.
# Can't create non-collision objects. Why? Because SA-MP don't support to edit them. I don't know why..
