Im sorry but I dont have sa-mp installed anymore on my computer therefor I cant take any screenshots.
Glen_W I think its ignocito's(spell) irc plugin.

if i may a IRC plugin is use to connect your server to a IRC Network or better know as IRC Server and with it you can Control your server right from your irc network or a irc channel if you have one both your members and your players and yes evening you and your staff can message from the irc while the other are ig=in game again both your members and your players can not only message then but they can look and see how ment is online be it players or npc npc=bots they can pm them again both you and your staff can kick ban unban make some one admin on some game modes bro the lists gose on with a IRC plugin from ignocito it opens the door to a hold new world and if you can not read this im sorry i have Dyslexia so its real hard for me on spelling some words any who i hope that helps you both out about what a irc plugin dose and what it is use for

You're not allowed to use adf.ly for downloading.
I would remove that before you get in trouble for it.
