People don't appear mask if they mask far away from you or if they log in after you mask how do I fix this ? http://pastebin.com/SQwa6nUS

That has nothing to do with my problem I'm having a problem with there name tags appearing not a mask like a bandana

It's all because of the streaming.
It needs to be update every time a player triggers in a viewing distance
