Yes it is a kind of DDOS, packet sending method.

Either firewall the guy or rangeban him, login to RCON, and type: /rcon banip 188.233.***.***

oh , there are multiple ip's ?? what should i do? i carnt go in game now any other way mate ?... i have access to ftp now any help ??

Hmm, you may try this then:

188.233.***.*** [18/10/13 | 22:09:59] Kirril_Astahov - DDOS attempt

Open samp.ban with notepad, write that to the end of the file, save it, send to the FTP, restart the server.

You may also firewall him, depending on your hosts control panel you must be able to do that, contact them how to firewall someone, write that IP above without "***" just write it like: "188.233" without comas.

Do you not see 188.233.30.227 in your samp.ban file?

Blocking the server IP from samp won't do anything but it can still ddos the server even if you blocked the IP's it still connects to the VPS.
