Introductions PxIRC 1.4

Hello,
samp i was working on this great irc script for few hours and now finally its finished ! and im releasing it for you guys so enjoy the script also remember this that you do not have to remove credits or releasing it without my permission !



IRC Commands

!say, !givecash ,!respawncars, !givecar, !allowweapon/!aw, !disableweapon/!dw,
!nametagoff/!ntoff, !nametagon/!nton,!explode,!disarm,!players,
