Ok, so here's a few problems:

1: We don't know what you're talking about.
2: Good job if you're admin.
3: We don't know what GM you're using, not all GM's are the same...........

Try and post in the topic that you got the GM from.

You could use Dragonsaurus's police system or make one yourself.

There's probably a command that you can use to view all the admin commands, usually like /levels, /ah or whatever. Use that command to try and find the command to set the leader.

And yes, you can put 2 filterscripts in server.cfg, like this:

They need to be separated with a space bar.
