Need a /drag for LEO [ZCMD] - thomaswilliams - 15.10.2013

I need a /drag command for LEO's

E.g: Officers just put a suspect in cuffs and their in the bank now they need to get the suspect outside, so he would do /drag [playerid] and then once outside they would click their fire button and it would spawn them outside, and they would still be in cuffs get me?
