SAMP crashing problem. - Hem - 13.10.2013

So I login into samp I play like a normal person I've removed all of my mods but each 5 minutes EXACTLY I crash, may anyone help me and tell me what to do please?

I re-installed SAMP and still didn't work, what to do

do these tips
1-re-install SA:MP (Delete Folder GTA San Andreas User Files From My Documents)
2-re-install GTA
3-use low display setting on properties if you have Graphic Card (96MB)
4-try to avoid changing of mods of game because there is corrupt mods making game crashing
5-if you crashing after getting near any player in game that mean's "Audio Problem" you need to re-install GTA
