Look at the House Sign,Fully.

^^^^ This is actually a sys currently used on a server and people are leaking that server's gamemode to use them for themselves.

But how are the houses made,i can't find them in the gamemode nor there is a filterscript!

It should be in the game-mode. CTRL+F "House", that may get you some info.
