Yes, By hosting your server on a VPS.

you can do it if:

1) you got a 7777 port.
2) you got a webhosting
3) you got a domain that is working with webhosting
4) access your cPanel, and choose " Simply DNS Editor ", then choose " Add A Record ".
5) you will have to enter your new name, that will be like "anythingyouwant.yourdomain.com:7777)
6) you can use the IP then without entering :7777 at the end.
