I need irc plugin so i can !cmds
And i need to know how to join irc from sites
not like i join any channel then /join #Example

I think there's a filterscript which shows how you can use its functions/callbacks.

You can join on IRC even with a client (mIRC, Chatzilla etc..) or mibbit.com
