Show us the server_log.txt, and make sure your server is running on 0.3x.

The server you're loading is on 0.3c R2, update it to 0.3x R2. Also, try and type "localhost" for your IP, as in add that to your favorites instead of 192.168.0.180 or whatever you've got.
And it's impossible for the server_log.txt to be that short, it has to have other stuff in it. Show it all, not just a few lines.
To install 0.3x, just extract and OVERWRITE everything in your server directory from the .rar file but DO NOT OVERWRITE THE server.cfg file, or you'll have to rewrite that file all over again.
