Custom billboards - btz94 - 11.10.2013

Hi everyone,

I script for some time in PAWN, and I noticed a rather nice system on a RP server named LM-RP.

Infact this system of signs, and customizable panels that are exclusively created for the server.
They use these panels for example to indicate the direction and also to place them on walls to display advertising.

I'm searching I found no way to do this, if anyone can help me I would be very happy.
