how can i put zcmd.inc put in linux server?

what you mean by puting zcmd in linux ?
linux server does not need it coz server is already compiled with zcmd if your using zcmd
you just have to put fs gm .amx files and plugins .so file and scriptfiles
then just do
nohup ./samp03svr &

The problem have nothing to do with the ZCMD include, it could be something else..

ZCMD works perfectly on linux I think it's your sscanf plugin. maybe you use .dll file in linux.

zcmd of compatible for all of kind of OS mabye plugins
