SAMP Server Not Shown Online [HELP PLS] - GaToGamer - 10.10.2013
I need help with my SAMP server. and I have a VPS LINUX UBUNTU,
I can not make this online! someone to help me install it please!!!

The reason I said not to trust anyone is because they can seem nice but really they just want your VPS so they can do illegal things such as install a ddos tool or other back doors, so I'm saying play safe and don't trust everyone with your VPS password. They can also create hidden users on the VPS and take advantage of it at a later date.

If you mean the VPS, then it may be something with the host.
If you mean server, try the wiki tutorial : https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/Linux_Server , Or get someone you know and trust to fix the problem for you.
