Other game servers? Anything you need, just don't host useless crap like 100 servers at once.

you can host other game servers, websites, voice servers, maybe some folders for something with files in it

Based on VPS Specs yes, but that Minecraft server will be a massive resource hog, and from time to time you may experience lag on the SAMP servers. Again

If you don't know how to handle a VPS you should probably not even consider buying one. Not only you, but your provider will be annoyed too.
