Hello!
I just want to know, is there any Java based samp launcer?
It would be pretty awesome if there is, because I wanna play samp at school, but they restrict all .exe files that were downloaded by students...

No there isnt.
Also, exe files are restricted for a reason, school isnt a place to play games in.

GTA itself is an exe, so the launcher wouldnt change a thing. (btw did you really bring a GTA dvd to school, or did you download it there? This could get you in real trouble)

You wont be able to play it in school, because they most likely block the ports used to play samp anyway on the firewall..

The best thing to do for a start, would have an Iphone or Andriod phone that has 3G internet and can be used as a personal hotspot. Then you need to install itunes on the PC you use, and plug the phone int othe PC. this will give you access to internet which allows samp to be played.

But for all this you will need to run on a PC which allows .exe's

At my last job, this is how i played samp as my last job was at a college.
