When i open SAMP, i cant play, only the Pop-ups of connect and What your name? appear, i cant close them, and i cant close SAMP. PD: Windows 7, and i reinstalled SAMP. But it dont work.

Could you further elaborate your problem? Are you saying that when you launch SA-MP it freezes instantly?

Try running as an Administrator..! Worked for me, when I had a similar kind of problem..
