how to delete gang / families cars ?

that families has been deleted but a cars is still on server. how i can delete that cars ? do you understand?

Oh I see what you mean. Well, you'll have to create or find a script which will let you delete faction/family vehicles, I suppose.

You're not giving us much to work with. Scripts differ; therefor there are different ways of removing and adding family vehicles.
