As LemonPunch mentioned; it comes with a fee. Your hosting service probably provides the option to place your server on the hosted tab.

The best way to get a hosted tab is to check if your hosting company is selling them. A different way is to ask someone who possesses a Game-MP account to put you on his account for a fee.
