Vehicle system help - Charlos - 04.10.2013

Some of my players can own 5 as maximum but some an own 2 as maximum please tell me why and how can I edit this is not my gamemode I downloaded it from SA-MP Scripts. Maybe if possible I want to change the maximum to 15 cars per player.

If you don't understand the script you are using don't use it.
