CreateDynamicObject(18880,X,Y,Z,0.0000, 0.0000, 0.0000);
I want this to be on the ground i made it but its in the air.

1 way is to select this 18880 object go to editor and place this object where you want it. After click on Show Code and you will see coordinates. There you go.

My computer is so fucked up it dosent support mta or the editor it dosent support enything but samp -_- so i cant do that

You don't have to use MTA to edit object place , You can use a normal in-game object editor .
