Infernus' top speed is 240 km/h not 221 (1 KPH is 1 km/h, right?).
handling.cfg file mentions the speeds.

Read the link I provided, there is other calculations done (drag) those values are very misleading also with the tests I have done lines up with those values in two different velocity models and a third method by another person also provided another velocity model that is in line with the results that I was getting.
