ask the server owners to remove your IP from samp.ban and reload bans.

You use Raven's GM i guess,best way to fix it remove all ban files and whole AC and write/download new.

its a zombie server the owner said you are not in ban list
and i really want to play there

Hmmmm, try using a different name, or ask him to unban your IP... Are you able to connect to other servers?

while administrators solves your problem use the program to change your ip hotspot and access it..while you are there, change your nickname, Maybe solve

Or
A bug of "You are banned from this server" Which is usually caused by LAG.

This is the reason of that:
1. Server anti-flood wrongfully kicks the connection therefore it says 'You are banned from this server.'
2. Server is having some issues, needs to be restarted.
3. Re-connecting fast. ^ point no # 1
4. Report their server owners, your IP might be blacklisted or in the range with other banned IP.
5. You are banned by the admins, stop crying!
If that still doesn't helps, probably SA-MP bug.
EDIT: Which client version are you using? And that server?
