When i changed rcon password and compiler got this erros

Change the rcon password back to what it was then lol, thats the only thing i can tell you ;\

put new jadmin and includes +plugins then try

This may be a problem with your include, redownload this and add it into your Pawno > Includes folder, see if you then still have the error. https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=407045
