hacker keeps crashing the server - shadowkill808 - 23.09.2013

Hey guys,

I have kind of a problem lately.
Hackers found out a way to crash a server. It's pretty annoying.
I have no idea how to fix it, and how he is even doing it.
I can see he connects to the server, and then "Boom". server restarts.

Any ideas how to fix this?

The hacker is smart, he uses VPN, Dynamic IP, I rangebanned so many IP's, but he keeps on coming back with another IP.

Ban him like this 12.34.*.*, Through console.

Been there too, strangely, the first digits of his IP also change.
I have no idea how he's actually crashing the server, it doesn't show that he uses a special command or something.

Okay, Can you post log? Like before seconds from disaster how the log looks like?

[08:10:53] [join] Sophia_Wild has joined the server (18:46.252.152.231)

After this, it just takes five seconds and the server will crash.
This was the hacker that crashed it btw.

- Edit: Can't find anything in the Commandlog either.

How can you say he is the hacker? Might be your server/gm/host cant control high PING'ed players or something like commands error.

I have some proof that he's a hacker. I have a perfect host, believe me on those words.
He told me so many times that he's going to "Crash" the server again.
He started off DDoSing, but I'm protected on that now.

Strange, Last 2 months there have been same reports that OFF DDOSING Crashings are going on, Even for me i faced but that was fixed by ******'s plugin fixes.
