Hallo,

1.When I was purchasing a VPS it ask me for domain . May i know what is actual use of buying a Domain?
2.If i buy domain from outside.I will be able to connect it with VPS?
3.For each VPS i need separate Domain or I will be able to use Sub Domain?

You don't need a domain, you can just name it as VPS1 or SAMP.
You can use domain from outside, just add the A record which is the VPS ip to the domain dns settings.
You can use the same domain but you need to add a new A record.
