You could make a text draw box that shows for everyone, and then put that over the original money with a fully black box. And then add a text draw that will show how much money a player has.
Basically, use TextDraw's. I'd recommend iPLEOMAX's textdraw editor too: https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=376758.
