How to create /enter and /exit? - MAFIAWARS - 20.09.2013

Hello!

I want to learn three things.

1. /enter and /exit System on the Door.
2. /spawn Command to Spawn the vehicle.
3. /admins cmd to show the List of Online Admins like:

List of Online Administrators:
<0> MAFIA_WARS
End of List.

And Also the Setting of Admin Levels like Level 1, Level 2 et cetera.
