So, this is how it bugs..
when i open samp, i tried to connect to a server but nothing happens its like the PC just refreshed. nothing pops up saying "Error" or anything.

But when i use GTASA in singleplayer it works also in debug and connect to local host.

how do i fix this?

Check task manager, because reason may be simple - when you run SA:MP GTA SA can be on list, but it will not work. To fix it - kill process and try to connect with SA:MP Server again.

I looked at taks manager no GTASA in the list

Are you use crack? If yes, then download new and try again with it. If not - copy original gta_sa.exe from your disc.

When this error comes,

*Try to Run it as Administrators.
*Change the visual DEV.

what do you mean Visual DEV?

and when i run as administrator it asks for a password but i do not have any.

the gta_sa.exe from the folder named "hoodlum"?
or if not please tell me
