Yup! I bought myself 3 SA-MP stickers
They're 7cm wide and 2,9cm high and are simple stickers to put onto stuff. Sadly the logo is on a white background, I'd prefer it to be transparent.
The quality is pretty good tho, the edges are sharp and the colours well saturated. The black parts in the "San Andreas" have a few tiny white spots in them, but that's probably from the printer and you can't see them anymore when you look at the stickers from ~50cm away.

Just ****** "Make stickers" or something, you'll find a lot of services.
I'm also awating R* and GTA V stickers sent from Rockstar Games for free .

Highly doubt it... It's just a logo which everyone has access to; thus there will always be cheaper options. Plus if they actually find time to make a SAMP Store; there would be something seriously wrong with how this modification is managed.
