TogglePlayerClock - Strapz - 15.09.2013

So my server needed the clock system I puted under OnGameModeInit

SetWorldTime(12);

and under on playerconnect

TogglePlayerClock

but now whenever I join i see the clock np but when i relog to check if the server time is really working the time starts
swapping really fast like 1min is 1 sec the clock goes like 24:00 1 2 3 4 5 super fast and it goes day/night how to fix it
