Posting Tutorials - PGTips - 13.09.2013

Hey, so I was thinking about creating a tutorial to possibily help people in a certain area of SAMP Programming. I was going to write it all up first in a word document but I would need to access this from everywhere.

Am I allowed to post an incomplete tutorial and update the tutorial frequently until it's finished?
