Dear SAMP Forums
Have you noticed servers have been refunding, do these people even know what refunding is, I'll give you an example.
A DMer attacks Ruby Daws, she loses her deagle, she goes on the forums and posts a refund request, basicly you lose something unfairly/OOCly and you want it back.
And Hiring, that's the worst thing ever, people should apply so the owner/gmod knows they're good.
I was -rep by butthurt refund lovers.

You were -repped because this is the 1000th thread like this. Really nobody likes refunding servers, and you should have hired everyone you need to hire before you open your server.
The people -repping you agree, they are just -repping you because you made yet another thread about refunding RP servers haha
