Elsarty's gamemode. - Elsarty1 - 10.09.2013

Hello,
This gamemode is made by me....
I didn't put any admin / VIP system, so if you want to put your custom admin system/VIP.
I don't have any screenshots, as I never tested it, as we need server to do so.
Anyway, NEVER remove credits, there is cmd ' web ' search for it in the script using CTRL + F
Please, if you have server, then PM me the IP ( If you added this gamemode ) So, I can see what you've done.
Any bugs, then report it here.
P.S: I'm not working on this gamemode anymore. So, don't PM me suggesting any thing, I'll just fix bugs. ( Maybe not )
As I'm now working on new project, and I'm tired of scripting.
P.S#2: You don't need to Rep+ Me if you don't want, neither Rep-.
