any way to reduce size of chat font? - Champ - 07.09.2013

I want to play at lower resolution but want to have normal font size of chat. I don't like it covering half of the screen.

It's good in 800x600 reso, i would like it to show in 640x480. Has anyone ever worked on this thing? modified it?
