Port forward ur ip it wont work without port forwarding

oh yea i think u can't do it because at ip forward porgram there is not network named Etisalat i have same problem gonna change it in 2 months but yea i think u can't do it public

Change the application to SA-MP Server
Start port to 7777
End port to 7777
Go to http://www.whatismyip.com
So your server ip is "yourip:7777"
If that didn't works perfectly, check your your-server-folder/server.cfg
Make sure you use port 7777.
