Depends on what room you want to use it in. Especially for subwoofers you need much more power and lower frequency pass for bigger rooms. The one you showed will be fine for 20 square meters I guess, but not much more if you like a powerful bass.

That one is kinda good, but could you tell me where do you live? So I can get an item on your location..

Thing about subwoofers is that you don't want to shake your entire house so much you don't hear the other frequencys. I'd recommend you to ask on a audiophile forum.
(reddit has a good section too).

Can I ask, are you specifically trying to buy one for a home theater system or for your PC?

Ah then it doesn't need to be super-powerful or anything. Try balance it all out and it'll be fine. ATM I have a set of Logitech Z-5500's and the super power sub gimmick wears off after a month or so.
