creatign objects - recor - 02.09.2013

helo i want to create object for exmaple

createobject (objectid, slotid)

with a comand, objectid = the object id from samp

and slot id = an id we can set, how to do that

so later i can edit the object, for example rotating it

/rotateobject (slotid)

with commands how to do that please??
