why Samp forum Every day at sometimes be very slow? and sometimes cant open it just me or for all?

It's either a daily backup, which usually happens at 7:00 PM (GMT -5), some script kiddie booting the forums, or the host is having problems.

I used 2-3 websites like that above and it was showing sa-mp.com was down for few hours (evening).
