Error 19 file not found - Chris iceman - 31.08.2013

Heres the issue:

I have a server and when i run it locally on windows it runs perfectly fine however when i upload it to colorhost it gives me the error 19 file not found. I have all the linux versions of my pluggins and such that are needed for the change....

Anyone know what the problem can be please let me know!
