cmds - Saffier - 30.08.2013

Guys, i added a cmd in my server that you need to type /register then PASS.
but if i do that i dont get anything. same with other cmds i dont have admin system yet but ,
if i do /ban then the same thing, actually it needs to say UNKNOWN COMMAND.
but it doesn't say anything. how?
