NextPanel problem. - hossa - 30.08.2013

Hello everyone, i'm hosting my server/s on a vps of mine which is Linux - Centos.
and i wanted to instell NextPanel so i don't have to login SSH each time i want to restart the server / stop it.
the only problem idk how to instell it.
please help.

SSH is much better than installing a panel, installing a panel will eat up more ram and CPU, it's best to use SSH.

lets say i want someone to restart the server without logging in into my SSH.
that's why i need the CP incase someone from my mang. team wants to restart my server.

Try antctrl free.. ive been used it till now.. works perfect... and my co-owner start the server if its down in that panel

EDIT:
I also used Centos.. Centos 5
