I'm french, here is a very big fan of GTA just like you, I've played often CASS everything goes well and here at the same time my friends and I to hit the 21h we decide to do some one clicks internet and thus flooder by fucking message blocks samp: (
Here I is not that you had, but here I took everything trying to fix this issue, knowing that I have already:

Checked my firewall
reinstall SAMP

Here I am with this problem and hope that you pourrer find me a solution
PS: I took a picture of a person, but I have the same problem.

Pareil, mais une autre personne a aussi ce bug. Pas de nouvelles, on se tient au courant.
