[HELP]Server won't go online at all! (Using host) - Davinchi - 29.08.2013

Hey guys, i'm an owner of a new samp server. We have a host on razor99.com (100 slots)
And sometimes the server status will stay Offline! No matter what I do.
I am thinking its the gamemode but what could be wrong with it?!?! I've tried countless of gamemodes!
I have put in so many plugins and filterscripts! I need help please
The game mode im using is Horizon Roleplay Gamemode I got from this link :

So, If anyone can offer me some advice I would really appreciate it!

Make sure in the server.cfg you have added the names of the filterscripts that you added to the host e.g. If you added a Flash filterscript make sure in the server.cfg under "filterscripts" you type in "flash". - Also make sure the Gamemode name e.g. in the gamemodes folder it was called "HZRP" make sure in the server.cfg under "gamemode0" it yes HZRP next to it.

Then try and Start the server!
