Yeah it is a textdraw u can use codegenerator or bsntextdrawcreator or any other thing to create textdraws and these bars which is looking like health bars , u can use progress bar include to create them ::: https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=113443 , for other textdraws like star u can use this ']' , and for other things u can use ****** search or samp search.

Yes, but there is a lot of sprites like that: LD_BEAT:up and so on.. And maybe anybody can say that icons in picture what txt i need to write.
