Hey guys,how are u doin'?

(I'm sorry for my bad english)
okay,i'll try to explain my problem.

When I aim & move at the same time,my Charakter is freezed.I cant move anymore.
I hope someone can help me

Try turning on the Frame Limiter in the GTA:SA graphics menu.
