Omar..

1. LuxAdmin System is a filterscript im sure so download and add it.
2. There are PLENTY of tutorials on portforwarding
3. The chance of you finding a free host is very rare but i would go with recommended hosts as some will steal your script, ect.

There are also probably better tutorials also remember that if you are with a diffrent internet company W/E then there are diffrent ways as to port forward with Virgin Media is diffrent then portforwarding with Sky .. I don't know much about portforwarding, ect either.. But hope I helped
