Press Start/Windows Key > All Programs > Accessories > Run > type "dxdiag" in the Open dialog box and click OK > Open the Display tab and find the Chip Type.

Also: An i5-2410m isn't such a great processor compared to most other i5's and comparable CPU's. I have an i5-3550k and it more than doubles in performance compared to the 2410m.

You can find the graphics card name opening screen resolution box and also see the total and dedicated memory available. Isn't it faster?

Wanna know the sarcasm? My cousin has a PC with 1 GB of ram, and he barely can play Gta.
I have a sh*tty laptop (512 MB) and my SA-MP runs smoothly... No further comments...
