Save Car Location and Tuning? - JackoXD - 27.08.2013

So I'm looking for a filterscript that saves a car's location and tuning when typing a command, and that when you close and reopen the server the car will reappear with all the tuning?

Thanks a lot!

(I want to do this so that after I close the server and open it again I want Grove Street to be full of tuned cars when the server next loads up)
